Saudi Arabian drifting may be one of the most ridiculous styles of driving I have ever seen, if you even want to call it a style of driving. Accidents happen all the time in hagwalah (what this form of drifting is called in Saudi Arabia) and usually end in in tragedy.
This accident occurred when a Toyota Hilux was drifting down a crowded street. Yes, the Toyota Hilux is a truck and no, trucks were not built to drift. After understeering and oversteering, the Hilux hit a curb and bounced around until it came to a complete stop.
Of course the first thing the spectators did after the accident was remove the license plate so the accident could not get traced back to the driver. Why was this so important? Because the punishment for this accident while drifting would be beheading.
The driver is damn lucky that neither he or any spectators were injured in this accident.
