No it was not a Nissan, Toyota, Mazda or any of the other typical drift cars, it was a Ford Mustang. Justin Pawlak drove the 2013 Mustang for his second year in a row victory at Long Beach. It came down to a final round against the 2011 series champ Daijiro Yoshihara and to say it was epic would be an understatement. In the end Justin Pawlak out drove Daijiro Yoshihara to claim the points lead for this season of Formula Drift. Here’s a video of action, check it out!
