Tokujin Yoshioka has created one of the most beautiful crystal watches to date. This watch was based off of the Lake of Shimmer, created by Swarovski in Switzerland for the Baselworld 2009 Jewelry and Watch convention.
If you look at the bracelet of the watch, you will see it is made up of small hexagonal stainless steel pieces much similar to the mirrors that the Lake of Shimmer is made up of.
The face of the watch consists of a single 12 faceted crystal. While this watch is absolutely stunning, it seems a tad overkill, but then again we live in the world of Veyrons and $136,000 bottles of Cristal. What ever happened to calculator watches anyways?
