The R8 has gone through many changes in the past few years, but they have been minor changes for sure. Changes to the 2013 Audi R8 are a big more noticeable than previous years. They include redesigned LED headlights and taillights, redesigned front bumper and grille, larger diffuser, new circular tailpipes, and a new seven-speed S-tronic transmission with two multi-plate clutches. The six-speed manual will still be offered. Audi says that the R8 V10 Plus will be the flagship model, which will have the same carbon fiber reinforced plastic used on the R8 GT.
