Everyone has had their fun with Siri, asking her where to hide bodies or if she loves you only to get turned down. But Siri was created for more serious reasons, and one of them is for being able to use your phone while driving without using your hands and eyes. To make it easier for the driver to use Siri, Apple announced at the 2012 Worldwide Developer’s Conference that they will be creating a steering wheel button that will activate Siri on your phone. This button and program is being dubbed ‘Eyes Free’. Apple has reported that BMW, GM, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Audi, Toyota, Chrysler, and Honda are all signed up to offer the ‘Eyes Free’ button within the next 12 months.
