Ferrari recently announced that they will be unveiling their new Enzo hybrid super car this year, making it the first time Ferrari official talked about the release of this car.
“At the end of the year,” Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo is quoted as saying in the release, “we’ll also be unveiling the new Enzo, a limited series model and our first ever hybrid car.”
The Enzo replacement is expected to have the FF’s 6.3-liter V-12 and it will be tuned to 800 hp. To go along with this engine will be the Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS) and a 120-hp electric motor. With all of this power, it would have a total output of 920 hp. The Enzo currently packs 660 hp.
