The 70′s weren’t all about weed, hippies and wishing The Beatles didn’t break up. The 70′s also had some seriously bad-ass cars. If there is one thing that we can learn from this list, its that muscle was #1 in the 70′s. Automakers such as Dodge, Ford and Chevy created amazing muscle cars that ruled the streets. These American automakers then switched to more gas-friendly cars, making Americans search elsewhere for power. Thankfully, American automakers are getting back into the groove of things recently, and have been creating some great cars such as the 2013 Ford GT500, Dodge Challenger SRT8 and many more.
