The Barrett-Jackson auction took place in Orange County, California over the weekend and many rare cars were on the block. One of the more notable cars to be auctioned off was the first production 2013 SRT Viper. With a VIN number-1, it was sold for a whopping price of $300,000 and included an SRT Track Experience and a trip to the 2012 Petit Le Mans. All of the proceeds from this car are going to the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer.
Not only is it exciting that the first 2013 SRT Viper was sold, but its wonderful to see the automotive industry giving back to the community.
