Since the music icon’s passing nearly two weeks ago, there has been renewed interest in Whitney Houston’s New Jersey mansion.
The singer’s mansion has been on the market since 2009. It was originally listed for $2.5 million and is now listed for $1.75 million.
The 12,561-square-foot home features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a hot tub, swimming pool and four-car garage, all on five acres of property. Not to mention the house was featured in Being Bobby Brown, a reality-television show starring Houstonand her then-husband Bobby Brown and their family.
Don’t jump at the chance to view this listing just yet though. All prospective butyers must show proof of at least $1.5 million in liquid assets before the realtor will even show the house.
