From chrome wraps to matte finishes, cars are becoming more unique everyday. While some of these finishes are a little over the top, Gemballa has decided to take it way way way over the top.
The longtime Porsche tuner has announced that their new finish uses actual diamonds. Reflective ingredients typically give the cars finish a shine. These ingredients are usually metal pigments, glass fragments and crystals, but these weren’t classy enough for Gemballa. They grind down actually diamonds to a small enough size to where they can be mixed in the finish and applied like paint. Is this necessary? No, not at all but I am sure there are some rich people willing to fork out the extra money for a good story.
Pricing of this finish has yet to be announced, but we can all agree that it’s going to be expensive as hell.
