If you haven’t watched the show ‘Secret Millionaire’ before, you should start to watch it at 8:00 P.M. on June 3rd. The famous artist Scott Jacobs, who is well known for his unbelievably detailed pieces of art and being features on duPont Registry’s covers, will be the ‘secret millionaire’ along with his daughter Alexa Jacobs.
Secret Millionaire is aired by ABC and sends out a great message. The secret millionaire, who is typically a very wealthy person hence the name, spends a week in the county’s poorest areas surviving on welfare wages and volunteering so they can experience what the less-fortunate go through. What makes this show even more interesting is that the millionaire will try and remain undiscovered so the residents do not know their true identity. The residents simply think the person helping them with their daily lives is just another citizen but at the end of the show it is revealed that the average citizen is actually a secret millionaire. Ultimately the millionaire gives away a great deal of money to those in need and encourages others to do the same.
